Start the day with energy swimming in the great chlorine pool offered in this elegant villa. It sizes 8 x 4 metres and the water depth ranges from 1.4 to 1.8 metres. The sun loungers around invite to relax under the Mediterranean sun and then you can enjoy an appetiser at the exterior table with chairs at the terrace. When it is time for lunch, the shade in the porch by the house will be your favourite place, where you will also enjoy the clear views until the sea. In the evening, maybe you feel like cooking a delicious barbecue of grilled meat and vegetables. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around. The house develops along two floors offering a simple but cosy furniture. From the porch we access the living-dining room equipped with two sofas and two armchairs, a satellite TV and a table with room for 8 people. The kitchen is independent and has all you may need to cook comfortably during your vacation: a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, etc. A washing machine, an iron and an ironing board are in the laundry room. You deserve your rest in one of the 4 bedrooms available. Two of them are on the ground floor, both with two twin beds, air-conditioning and a wardrobe each. There are two bathrooms also on this floor, one with a shower and the other with a tub. Two more bedrooms are located upstairs. One has a double bed, a wardrobe and air-conditioning as well as an en-suite bathroom with a tub. The last bedroom comes with two twin beds, air-conditioning and a wardrobe. A toilet room completes this storey. In addition, if you are travelling with your baby we can prepare a cot and a high chair. Jávea is a privileged spot on the shores of the Mediterranean sea offering a wide offer of leisure, nature and gastronomy. The beach of El Arenal is very near and it is perfect for families with children thanks to its fine sand and shallow water. However, the 20 km of coast hide other jewels like the beach of la Granadella, the naturist beach of Ambolo, and the little coves of el Portixol or la Sardinera. You can make excursions around and we recommend, among them, the route through the lookouts, to enjoy the extraordinary panoramic views of the area, or the Natural Park of Montgó, which is ideal to visit with children. The historical centre of Jávea is a must visit, being one of the most beautiful ones in Costa Blanca thanks to its Medieval paved streets and stone little houses. Note: We cannot accept guests under 26 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking. There is exterior parking for 2 cars.
