Villa Elisir is a bright and elegant villa which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps 12 people. From Villa Elisir you will enjoy a breathtaking view of Positano and of the sea. Villa Elisir is 500 square meters (5380 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, nice private terraces with a view of the sea, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access. You will be approximately 500 meters (550 yards) from Positano, where you will find restaurants, shops and the beach. You will find the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi - Sorrento line a few meters (feet) away. You will reach Villa Elisir from the parking area going down an external stairway which consists of approximately 50 steps. You will not need a car to stay at Villa Elisir. If you do have one, you will be able to park it on the premises, in a fenced covered parking space. Top LevelTerrace 1 with Jacuzzi pool The first terrace is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. It features an above-ground heated Jacuzzi pool with hydromassage. The Jacuzzi pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of October. It is equipped with chairs, two deck chairs, two sun loungers and an external shower. From the terrace you will enjoy a fascinating view of Positano and of the coastline. Living Room 1 The ceiling of the first living room is high and vaulted. The furnishings are elegant and bright. The furnishings include three sofas. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has eight large panoramic arched windows with a view of the sea and of Positano. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The furnishings are romantic and elegant. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the first terrace with a view of the sea and of Positano through two French doors. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. Here you will also find a telephone. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, spacious and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, large fully-enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor going down five steps. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming. From the terrace you will enjoy a wonderful view of Positano and of the sea. Living Room 2 The furnishings of the living room are modern and welcoming. The furnishings include three armchairs. There is an elegant fireplace decorated. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is very well equipped, with a four-burner electric cooker, an electric oven, a steam oven, an American-style refrigerator with ice-maker, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!), a toaster and other small appliances. In the kitchen you will find also a wood-fired pizza oven. The dining table can accommodate 12 guests. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the second terrace with a view of Positano and of the sea at a distance through a French door. The room has a window. It is equipped with chairs and two deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a fascinating view of Positano and of the sea at a distance. Garden The garden is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. The garden is equipped with a wickerwork sofa and two armchairs, as well as with a table, chairs and an hammock. From the garden you will enjoy a partial view of Positano. Wellness room with bathroom At Villa Elisir you will find a wellness room with a Turkish bath. In the wellness room you will find an indoor swimming pool. Here you will also find an above-ground heated Jacuzzi pool with hydromassage. This room has a bathroom, equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. Bedroom 6 with en-suite bathroom You will be able to enter the sixth bedroom from the corridor climbing three steps.
