This contemporary stylish resort home has 6000 square feet of indoor luxury on four floors with seven bedrooms. The seven bed rooms can sleep a total of 20 people, plus a fold out queen couch for additional accommodations in one of the bedrooms. Every bedroom offers sweeping views of the golf course and the ocean. Five of the bedrooms are suites with a king size bed, in suite bathroom, television and access to exterior porches. The additional two rooms are bunk rooms, one room sleeps 6 and the other sleeps 4. HOME LAYOUT The first floor is decorated in a contemporary Industrial style. The functional chic room has a seating area, bar with refrigerator and microwave, a television, and a vintage ping pong table. Other rooms on the first floor include: a four person bunk room, bathroom with shower and a laundry room. French doors allow easy access to the heated spa pool, screened in porch and dining table and grill. The heated spa pool has commercial grade jets to massage tired muscles. The second floor boasts of 3 king bedrooms, all with private bathrooms, a second laundry room and the second bunk room that sleeps six(two full size beds on the bottom and singles on top). Each of the bedrooms is thoughtfully designed. The bedroom closest to the stairs has a fold out queen size couch in the room. A wrap around porch offers a view of the ocean and the pool below. From the porch area take the exterior spiral staircase to the pool area. The third floor is the main event with a gourmet kitchen, living and dining rooms to seat up to 20 people, a two story tower with views from three sides to view the golf course, pond, dunes and ocean and a large porch. A built in bar has an additional refrigerator, and a powder bath is available for your convenience. The chef designed kitchen offers a professional grade appliances such as a Bunn coffee maker that makes three pots of coffee, gas stove and all the cooking gadgets to prepare and serve a beautiful meal. Located off the exterior french doors is the path to a King master “casita” detached from the main house to create a private hideaway. The “casita” has an opulent free standing bath tub with a large double shower, writing desk and small seating area. The fourth floor suite is a contemporary, elegant space with a coffee bar, desk area, and a small seating area. A private porch offers amazing fourth floor views.
